Found a 1949 local fishing book of ontario for $40.00 cdn its a first editon and has some sweet photographs of some big pike and such being caught and some speices description with colored drawings about 6 .

Thought about it and passed but now i'm thinking hmm could be an interesting read and maybe you guys would like to see some old school fishing and art.

So what do think buy it or pass....

Do you have the title and publisher?

I dunno, I have old fish books from back in the 1900's that I bought for a doller or less at county fairs and book sales. Get the title and author name and do a search for it on a book store site, sometimes people sell old or used books for virtually nothing.

Thats kinda what i thinking too sandtiger just keep thinking about the art work that would be in my collection they would be good for scanning do your books have illustrations in them ?

Some of my books have illustrations. It basically boils down to how much you like the book. If you really want it, it is worth the price.
