Periodically. I have had them flower before too. Sometimes just one sometimes several. I think the flowers need to be above water to form seeds.

Lovely flowers but being part of the Araceae family, it's hard to pollinate with male and female flowers on the spadix maturing at different times as to avoid self pollination!

Yes I've never even been close to getting pollinated.
I also keep their semi-aquatic relatives Arium on the surface of my tanks (a good replacement for Pothos)

Unfortunately need two different flowers at the same time with the right pollination timing, crazy. This is why asexual propagation (division) is so popular.
