any advice for keeping jardini arowana?

hey guys anyone out there have advice on keeping these beauties?
.what temperature should my fish tank? ( sites say 75-80 )
.what are good food for them? ( to make them more shiny / show more colour??)
.PH
.Size tank? ( i have a 100gal )
.tank set up ( plants or no plants? )
.tank mates ( catfish,green terror, jack dempsey, tinfoil barbs you think the jardini will be okie with them?)

As far as tankmates, it's basically trial and error. They can be pretty nasty.
