I have a pair, (male, female) green terrors growing out in a 20gal with a couple angels and a chochlate cichlid (new addition before I discovered the problem).About a week ago I noticed decreased appitite and white stringy poo, so first guess internal parasites right? So i go to petsmart since they managed to shut down all the mom n pop places around me and all they have is tetra parasite guard the ingerdiants are right, prazi and metro but no direction just one tablet for ten gallons. so the question is after that long winded explenation is do I do it every day? water changes ? its all I can do to keep from W/C cuz my tank looks like hell.

Anybody with any experience with this product would be awesome as I've never dealt with parasites before

Forgot to add 0 Amm, 0 Nitrites and somewhere around 10-15ish Nitrates. tanks been up around 3 months and well seeded

Directions

Add one tablet to each ten gallons of aquarium water.Note:*For aquariums 40 gallons or larger and for soft water and/or acid water with low alkalinity, dissolve tablets before adding to aquarium. Remove carbon from filter during use. Treatment may be repeated up to two times with 48 hours between treatments and a 25% water change. For anchor worms and lice, repeat treatment up to three times using once a week with a 25% water change.

I would also recommend soaking their food in a solution of Epsom salt for 30minutes or longer as it is a natural laxative that will make them pass the parasites out of their body.

Also try soaking their food in garlic. It may male it more attractive

Fish can go a couple werks without food and be fine.
