I'm sure there are a few folks here that are cyclists...lately biking has been my new thing since I live in now live in the sacramento area and have access to great trails off the American River.

I purchased a mountain bike recently and now i wish i would have gotten a road bike since i see myself doing road more often than mountain.

So im curious, for the roadies, what do you ride? I'm looking to spend up to $2k, right now im leaning towards the Fuji Team Pro, carbon frame, full Shimano Ultegra...

not a mountain biker, but i road bike 12 miles a day going and coming from school. Do this 5-6 times a week. Sometimes take a 20 or 30 mile ride on saturdays to the beach
 
nice, road biking is what im looking to get into. i cant stand getting smoked on the trails by the road bikers. they fly by me on my mountain bike like if i wasnt even pedaling lol.

dang cam, those bikes are sick! i've been riding my '85 for a while, except it's 10 speed, made of steel, and weighs about a billion pounds. I'm thinking of getting a newer road bike
 
very nice cam. what model is that? specs? i love specialized bikes. i spent some time at their office in morgan hill, ca when i worked in public acctg. their shop is awesome. everybody that works there is a biker.
