I haven't been to lfs in Vancouver in a few years, however be sure to go to the Vancouver aquarium http://www.vanaqua.org/home/ it in Stanley Park and is alway a great experience. Their amazon tank is one of a kind 4 ft Silver aro, 4 -5 ft RED tail catfish, giant Amapaima at about 8-10 ft, and much much more.....There a few guys from van on this forum that should help you out with fish stores. Anyways, have a good trip to the Great North West

there is a small shop on tenth called noahs pet ark, owner is graham. nice shop some unusual stuff hes into his killis. no monsters though. its well worth a look though.
massive aggression isnt that far outside vancouver and there are a few shops in burnaby from what i remember not been to them myself. theres a mall out on 49th(i think) the asian fish market is fun as they had some snakeheads there as food and i picked up two obscura once only one survived but worth checking these shops
