I will try to make this quick.

A guy that use to work at the Local pet store now does taxes(Terry). A guy that was getting his taxes done started talking about his iguana and how he was getting too big and was just going to let him go.
Terry called Megan ( manages the pet store) and told megan about the iguana. They met up and the iguana is now at the store. I will be picking him up on the way home tomorrow ( have to get things ready tonight)
I do not have the space for him long term. I will not ship. Does some one want him?

I can email a pic ( can not post it as I am at work) he is 3-4 years old, friendly and 3-4 ft long.

My email is kristy.dearth@weirtonmedical.com

Good luck, I'd make room if I was closer.

Try your local Craigslist.org and make a post. There's a lot of idiots on there, but if you weed through the responses, there's usually a few decent/good people. Maybe you could find him a nice home there?

Maybe Im able to solve your prob;) Go here http://www.greenigsociety.org/ They have a adopcion page specialy made for igs. When you have time can you post a pic or two of him? Would love to see him:D You can also always try kingsnake:)

I had a big Green Iguana I rescued from a cold, dark 55 gallon tank in a fellow teacher's classroom. I kept him for about a year but he would freak out every time he saw one of our cats. The cats were here first, so I had to find a new home for Iggy. The local Humane Society doesn't take reptiles, but they had a lady they put me in touch with that takes in unwanted herps and either re-homes them or keeps them herself - she had a house FULL of very well cared-for critters!
