Any chance he might color up?

I have had him for three months or so. I don't know how old he is. He has gained some color since I purchased him but not much. He has grown a ton. I was told on another post when I got him he was a red dragon short body. I like him a lot. He has great personality and I think a nukial hump from other pics of flowerborns I have seen Just wondering from those with experience of how coloring goes.

What kind of food are you feeding him? maybe try some of those color enhancing pellets?

Looks like thats the way hes gonna be.. Breeding will get his yellow to pop.

Looks like his water temperature is good. .. Just some are brighter than others.
