Any chemilizer unit user here ?

I am having an issue with mine and I was hoping someone here can chime in.

When the unit is on, water rushed down to the solutions tank (diluted prime)

Check valve works, I verified it (suck it through the cap and it held)

Any idea ? I am pissed because I overnighted this so I can use it while my dosmatic is being repair and now this piece of **** is not even working..

I've never even heard of this thing, but I can at least give you a bump and hope someone else can help.
