Any Creative/Art Directors on this board?

Right now myself. But I've done work for Warner, Sony, Merc, RCA Microsoft, Roxio, Dell, HP, Technicolor, Dolby etc. Mostly branding, packaging, UI and GUI.
Not sure why you felt a need to take a jab for no reason. I asked a simple question, and didnt think sarcasim would be a normal response.
Yup always intrested in other Creatives, you never know when your paths may cross. It's just good to find out if there is anyone else in here with Creative skills, you never know when you'll need to bring on another artist to help out, etc.

I can't say I agree with all you've said.
But I do believe in bottom line numbers. Because I've seen revenue spikes associated with my branding. So I guess we both agree that "Good" ADs/ artists should have a positive effect, revenue wise, on what they are paid to "Make Pretty"
BTW, whats your role in Marketing? I know you said you deal with the ADs but in what way? Just curious, no jabs.

I do art everyday in my kinder/first grade classroom. I teach them about color, shapes, size, perspective, color wheel, seeing things in a diff. perspective, etc. Ive actually hired artist before to come into my class and teach. Last week I had members from a local band to play and come in a talk about music.

sweet! thats awesome. I bet those kids love that class. Your making a difference in the world! Most ADs like myself just make Land fill material 
Photo guy nice. I was a Photo minor in College. My fav was always Infared film. But I've since moved up to Digital SLRs. I'm a Cannon man myself. But just have a lowely 30D. Be nice to move up to the 5D. But it is a bit heavier.
You ever shoot underwater? They make some sick U/W housings for the Cannons and Nikons.
