Try Newegg. Their not exactly an outlet store, but they do often offer bulk discounts, and their customer service is fantastic. I use them all the time.

By pc boards and resistors I'm guessing you're building something other then a computer.

www.digikey.com is a great site.

www.mouser.com is another great one.
