Just like the title says. Anybody here from around the Kansas City, Kansas area and know of any good fish stores around here?

Howdy,
I live in Overland Park, KS. I can strongly recommend "Overland Park Pets" on 95th/I-35. Sometimes "Mission Pet Mart" (Johnson Dr.) has a good selection, too. I got my 220 gal tank from there, they have the lowest "hardware" prices in the entire metropolitan area. These are both family-owned stores, where the people care about their fish. Please don't even consider PetsMart or PetCo. If nothing else, go to Lawrence and visit "Pet World". They also have great fish, and even some monsters! Hey, it's only 30-50 min away (depending where in KC you live). I always enjoy browsing their selection.

I live down the road from the race track lol... Off 110th street there. Anyway, one of my managers at work says he goes to pet world and says its a nice place. I think I'll try the overland park pets next time I'm off work and have a look.
