Far from the Ohio river? There are some great places for monster catfish and bass.
 
Anywhere where they are loading grain. Some gets washed into the water and gives nice cover and attracts baitfish. Baitfish attract game fish, catfish. I don't live near there, but if I were to fish it I would try somewhere near cinci, and try my luck near those places where they load up the grains.
Maybe someone more local can help you out on exact locations that are good. I know there are people from cinci on this site.
