swifts invertabrates i have had tons of luck finding hard to get items those are pretty common on their site.

If it's not mentioned on the site, it's best to contact the seller directly about sizes.

If you haven't had much experience with keeping tarantulas, I strongly suggest staying away from the goliath birdeaters (Theraphosa sp). They're a bit trickier than most species to take care of from what I've heard.

Ken the bug guy and Swifts inverts are probably the most recomended from the people I've bought from and known.
Also, I agree that you should not venture into birdeaters unless you are experienced. Even a "docile" giant tarantula is a handful, especially if it is moody. I would say go with the Brazilian Black from your choices, maybe even move to something more aggressive (after keeping something, if you haven't yet) before going to birdeaters.
