My fish has 5 white growths on it. Took a picture and went to local pet store. There was a fish professional there, thank goodness! I showed him my picture, told him I think it's ich. He said it wasn't immediately. Said it looked like "fungus", but to be sure ask this forum. He didn't want me going in debt trying and failing at fixing my problem and you guys where great. So, I have all the info that was in the "guidelines" thread, as well as some good pictures.

Here is the info:
Diseased fish is A "Powder Blue Gourami", (Colisa Lalia)
Ph: 7.6
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 0 ppm
Nitrates: 5.0 ppm
Temp: 77*F
Size of tank: 45 gal
Diet Frequency:3x's a day
Diet: API Tropical Flakes in the AM and PM. Frozen Blood worms in the middle/every other day.
Aquarium layout/members: 4 Dwarf Gourami
2 Cori Catfish
2 Bumblebee Catfish
2 Angelfish
4 Balloon Belly Molly
2 Guppies
3 Snails
3 African Dwarf Frogs
2 Otocinclus Catfish
Assorted live plants. Can't remember the names, fresh water plants, though.

I have only had him 4 days. The list above is the total amount of each fish I have. I introduced him with, from list above, 2 dwarf Gourami's and one of the Otocinclus Catfish. I noticed the growths 2 days ago and I have him in a "hospital tank". Any help is GREATLY appreciated on helping me put him and his new friends back together. Thank You.

You posted this in saltwater health issues. You might get more responses if you put this in the freshwater disease section. You can also cut down on your feeding to once or twice a day.

I would say Lymphocystis virus, causes mini growths often on fins, gills, and mouth, harmless unless present on mouth and the growths large enough to prevent eating. Eventually clears it's self up. That said, it could indeed be a fungus, its hard to say without being there to look at the fish myself
