This developed in my "in" and "out" tubes that leads in my canister filter. I was wondering if anyone knows what it is. my water is ok and this stuff seems to be growing rapidly. Im kinda worried as it doesnt look normal. Its black spots if oyu cant tell from the pic.

Normal. Many hoses get it. I think it's just normal bacteria.

is it ok to leave there or should i clean it out?

always happens wont bother anything just leave it and dont look at your hoses. thats why PVC is great, you will never have to see the inside of those hoses

Yeah, you should take a look at the used to be clear hose that I use for water changes.I can barely see the water moving through it.

At first, I thought it was a new Green Spotted Puffer/Loach hybrid :)

Got a window behind the tank eh
There's lots of nutrient rich oxygenated water in those hoses
