Any idea what this stuff is?

These little white dots have been on the piece of driftwood for around 5 days or so. They are smooth and oval shaped, it just kinda showed up on the driftwood. If anyone has any ideas about what these are I would appreciate it if you would share them. Sorry about the picture quality, bad cell phone camera etc, etc...

I've got 2 Rabauti Cory cats, two female congo tetras, 3 male dwarf neon rainbow fish, a bolivian ram cichlid, a red tailed shark, some ghost shrimp, and a zebra nerite snail.

Nerite eggs

They won't hatch in freshwater but they still lay them on everything.
