I was gonna put my EBJD in there and add 3 senegal bichirs, (two regular one albino) and I want one more fish that isn't a botttom dweller in the tank. Any ideas?

Depnds on if you want to upgrade later on or not ?!
If it was me i would most likely get a Texas or couple Blue Acara or maybe a GT' .
But then upgrade and get a few more fish , and use the 75 for a Red devil or Jag' .

Do you definitely want another cichlid? Festivums would be more surface oriented. If it's severums I would just get one, 2 blue acaras could work as they're not quite as big as the sevs.
dont go with festivums... the sevs will beat them up. why not skip the sevs and try a pair of snakeskin gouramis?
It doesn't have to be cichlids. I just don't want to add any bottom dwellers besides the three senegal bichirs I'll be getting.
