Well i would give it another month or so before the fahaka gets his upgrade which means this 75 gallon will be open. I really like the piece of driftwood so I would like to keep it in the tank. Any ideas on stock?

I wont be doing discus or any sort of tetra community, so those are out.

Dont mind the mess i just fed him tilapia lol

I think at that tank size an African community tank will work best. Unfortunately I have no experience with Africans but IMO since they are very colorful and active an African community tank will look better than a single species tank.

Rasboras would be under the tetra category for me.

And i agree this 75 is set up for more south american fish......african cichlids would def not fit in

Im not much for angels....but geos might work.....id like to keep a few diff species of geos and with only a 75 and big piece of driftwood idt ot would work out in the long run

I like my Firemouths a lot. It's funny watching them because they get excited to see me, but when I pull out the Hikari they start swimming ALL around the tank and they bite the glass begging for food.
