Any ideas on a issue with my Saums eye?

So I got home today & ole girls eye is super cloudy, almost looks like her eye is damaged or missing. Her other eye is fine, no one else in my tank has any issues at all...

I need recommendations on how to treat, as of now I'm just doing good sized water changes & adding a little salt, which is my routine maintaince anyway.
