Any ideas on new tank mate?

I am currently looking to get a new member to add to my tank but am unsure what to get.

I have currently considered;

- convict
- female green terror
- red hump geo
- x2 female t bar

Each of them have their pros and cons for my current set up but any recommendations would be well received including any ideas on other fish from CA/SA

I am looking for a fish that gets 8inch or under and I currently have in the tank, x1 chocolate cichlid, x1 satanoperca lecousticta, x4 juvie geophagus (I.D unknown and I only plan to keep 2 long term), x1 T bar, x6 giant danios and x2 little loaches.

Any ideas??

If all geos are the same species I'd keep them together instead of breaking up the group.
 
Red hump geo males are going to kick off with everything in the tank. Mine are a pain in the ass.
Make sure you get at least 4 females to a male or else he will breed them to death for sure.

If your current t bar cichlid is a male and you put females in you may find that he Will try killing anything same size or smaller as him self. Saying that my 3inch t bar constantly fights with a 8 x 4inch severum :eek:

I would love a red hump but I know your right, same with the t-bar he is of decent size and occasionally picks a row with the chocolate - annoying, as these fish are supposedly mild mannered!!

I was thinking of a convict but then thought if it was male, it would fight the t bar and if it was female it could cross breed with the t bar and that would be agg as well!
