so i have a pair of albino pearlscale angels that i've had for about 8 months, they used to lay eggs about biweekly, but within the last month and a half to 2 months they have just stopped. i'm not gonna lie, i let the tank go a little, so im not surprised they stopped breeding. but now, im trying to get them back to their old habits.
the things i've tried:
-dithers
-decent sized water changes
-extremely wide varieties of food
-adding water from an existing tank with breeding angels(hormones)
-tank redecoration
-bumping up the temp(currently at 84)

Please help!
any other ideas/theories? im willing to try anything.

One way to make the pair spawn is replicate the rainy season. Lower the temperature a little by about 2 degrees and condition them to live foods.

You could also try separating them where they can see each other but not get to each other and feed foods that will condition them for spawning. then when you lower the temp or pH or both after a while, remove barrier and let them get at each other.
