Ok guys. This is a geo in my dad's tank. The story i got was that this developed over the course of a few days possibly even a week. I dont have water perams for you cause quite frankly I dont really want to stick my hands in the tank till i have an idea of what im dealing with.

. Hate to say it but id take him out and put him in the freezer and do a major water change. Sorry that has happened.
