I was offered a cheap vacation house in St. Augustine FL. I don't know s***
About the area. Is anyone on here from or near there? Any good info will help.

i've been there twice. It is very historical, a small town, lots and lots of tourists, but I wouldn't do it. The beaches aren't any good (all crushed shells) and there isn't much to do. But I'm 21, I don't know what u prefer.

its an old place.... nothing much but old people and old buildings and old castles and full of oldness... but its fun!! search it on the web they will have all the fun old places for you to visit

They've got the world famous St Augustine Alligator Farm - home to all 23 species of crocodilians.

if you are heading down there and you are interested in anything historical, St Augustine has it. I think the beaches are very nice. I don't mind crushes coral and shells, very natural. Fishing is good if you like that sort of thing.

Check out the fort called Castillo De San Marcos I think is how its spelled. neet place

and flagler beach and the lighthouse are very cool.
