trying to gauge the interest level

any of you guys interested in "nan" type lights (submersible fluorescent lamps)? i got a contact in asia who can supply me with some. i have to have enough interest to justify an order.

thanks let me know

I dont really know too much about them...but if you could give me a picture or some kind of explanation that would help.

A ballpark price would help too.

submersible fluros thats crazy
how big are they.
do u hang them with suction caps neat top of glass so it lights up the whole tank
i want submersible red led's to out in a skull ornaments eyes

note: these are not "nan" brand lights.

"nan" lights or Submersible Fluorescent (SF) are one of the most common fish tank lights in asia. these are the ones you always see in the asian fish books like monsterfishkeepers. the advantage of SF is it provides better color enchancement and color rendition. your fish and tank will be basically lit from the side instead of from top.

^ bulbs will be stock, which is geared towards the red color spectrum. they are standard 2 pin T bulbs, so you can put up what ever you want at the pet store.
