Any interest in preserved fish?

I have been preserving fish for a while now, and was wondering if there was any interest in people buying them.
They end up pretty much like this

But, you know, are actual fish, not mermaids.
I can get a hold of a ton of different species, but the ones I have easiest access to are bichirs, clown knifes, and a large variety of saltwater fish.

I am also working on getting a hold of a fed dead deep sea anglerfish and/or viperfish. If i can get a few of these, they will be the ONLY preserved abyssal fish i have ever heard of in a private collection.

I probably could do it.
Ive never done anything that big before. I could go pick something up at an asian market around that size, just to make sure I could do it, and then let you know. Do you actually have the gar?
Armored fish like gar always come out the best.

I've never done a gar, but I imagine it would be pretty close to doing a bichir.
