Any kayak fisherman near Pittsburgh?

Is that a tarpon 140 by wilderness. Looks like my 140, great boat . If you don't have the rudder it is definitely worth looking into it works great on mine.

No it is the Wilderness Systems Ride 115. I stand up and fish a lot in it. It is such a great little boat. I do have a rudder system on it as well but I found out that it is faster if you have the seat slid all the way back and have the bow lift up more.
 
Im down in Florida and fish from my kayak often. I usually fish offshore. My primary boat is a Hobie Outback. Its pretty stock but I have upgraded to the larger rudder and I have a Lowrance Elite-4 color FF/Chartplotter.

I also have a Hobie Sport my wife uses, a Wilderness Systems Tarpon 120 and an Ocean Kayak Scrambler.

Fishing offshore in a yak is crazy fun. Ive had fish pull me at five miles per hour according my GPS, thats faster then I can peddle. Plus hossing up the big bottom bruisers from a shaky yak is a real eye opener.

That is a great setup and nice Red Snapper there! Are you worried about sharks?

I am getting into Muskie fishing now but I haven't caught one yet. Although a Largemouth Bass caught me this year by putting a hook right through my middle finger. That really sucked. The other hook was in its mouth too when that happened. At least I had a first aid kit but no wire cutters (which I have now needless to say).
