Thinking of adding at least one to my tank.
I have read people have a hard time keeping these over a year in the aquaria but I wanted to hear if anybody has personal experience.
I've been reading about them for about six months now and have stumbled upon a few scientific articles where large populations have been documented living in brackish waters for extended periods. I think this is a stretch for the home aquaria as current information stands but I'd be curious to find out more if possible.

Thank you in advance

Yh watch the King Of Diys videos on yputube, he recently got 2 of them. The are peaceful, and don't produce much waste. He keeps them in a 700 gallon I think

Thanks but looking more into long time ownership. Like more than 5 year's. I've had them before in a FOWLR set up but only had that tank for 6 months before I sold it and went back to fresh.
