im trying to add copper medication to my quarantine tank that is a 5 gallon.my medication states-use at 2.5 ppm-one fluid ounce to each 20 gallons,i have nothing that measures anything in liquid ounces,i just have something that measures liquid in milliliters,so how many milliliters of this medication do i add to my 5 gallon qt tank to obtain a 2.5 ppm reading.any help will be greatly appreciated.thanks.

approx 7.5 ml...

1 fl. oz. is about 30mL
so 30mL per 20 gallons
there are 4 5 gallon tanks within a 20 gallon
so 30 / 4 = 7.5

7.5mL

:)

sweet, you guys are right on the money, one more question, the copper test says use at 15 mpg,my test says 20 mpg,is this safe?or do i lower the level to 15?this medication is called copper power,my lfs uses it all the time without incident,it says that unlike other copper meds, this ones levels do not drop for months, while other copper meds levels drop.
