Any of your fahaka's taking pellets?

If so, what kind of pellets do you feed them?

Nope I tried a couple of times, and he would just spit them out. And then stare at me wondering where the real food is

Haha same goes with mine! I have two fahakas. One kinda likes pellets and the other one doesnt. I love it when they stare at you

yep mine eats everything else I put in the tank, but wont touch regular fish food. When I say everything, he was trying to eat the DW I put in yesterday lol

I tried to stuff some market shrimp and mussels with crushed pellets but he just made a huge mess and ignored it.

Ive done that too with the pellets. Filled the market shrimp with crushed pellets.

I used to feed my GSP's sinking shrimp pellets and eat them like crazy, figure 8's diid the same, Stars and stripes puffer loved algae sheets on a veggie clip, porcupine's ate the average frozen fish foods that you feed to most puffers, and FW dwarf puffers that ate nothing but frozen bloodworms . I noticed that the GSP's was the easiest to train to eat pellets over the others that I had owned over the years.

I am looking for a Fahaka right now! please help me puffer peoples! The only one I could find really was on aquabid, just looking for a bit bigger.....

Is not watching it grow and having those "family birthday" photos worth getting a smaller one?
