Just stunted and deformed Oscars. Its not possible for them to hybridize outside their genus much less hybridize with a Central American (hybrid) like Blood Parrots.

In my opinion (MY OPINION), oscars are already ugly enough as is, and what trait, whatever that is, makes them looks a hundred times worse. @_@

Can't believe people'd keep them alive, but eh, guess it appeals to someone.
