I will be making a 24 hour shipment tomorrow and they last 18 with the temp being mid seventy's in both the origin and destination with low's in the lower 50's. I ran out of regular heat packs and was wondering if these would work.

Yeah but they will be in a styrofoam box and the temps should reach mid seventies tomorrow as in 78-79 so I'm thinking they should be fine. I'll bag them all seperately just to prevent any issues that may occur from spreading. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this product.

I've never used them for fish but I know u have to rub them about every hour to keep them hot but i'm sure they would still stay warm enough for most fish at least I would think

DONT..... read the fine print on the back..... IF they dont get shacking up they BURN... I wounldnt trust it. On the back it says dont leave in pockets, I have done this in a packpack and grab it hours later and it was Really hot... I cant remember the brand right now but they have some that are like heater blankets..... why not run a bat powered one? dont think they last 24hrs but idk

After some thought about outside temps at the destination and my place with a styrofoam box I have decided to not use a heat pack at all. It would be way too hot when the outside temp hits 70 tomorrow (probably 90 or so in the bags but its just a guess) I think they will be just fine. Thanks for the input guys.
