Frozen cubes don't work out for large fish ( for obvious reasons). All they do is fall apart into a giant mess.
The only large portioned frozen foods I've seen are Krill and silver sides.
So the next logical step is to make your own. Right?
So I was thinking of preparing little chunks of Porkheart (I can't find Beefheart at any groceries in my area).
So my question is 2 part.
1.Has anyone see any other commercial frozens for lg. fish?
2. Is Porkheart OK to use instead of Beefheart and is it OK to feed little chunks instead of it being blended? (ok that was 3 Questions)

Not sure if porkheart is a very good idea. Beefheart should only be fed every once in a while.

Other frozen food you can do is shrimp, scallops, and fish fillets from the grocery store.

I have heard to stick with fish that is white, such as whiting fillets, tilapia.....

fresh fish are fine if they're not from a polluted system. you generally want white not pink meat. i buy bags of frozen tilapia filets from walmart. you can also feed whole shrimp and prawns
