Im so delighted to add a new little guy to the family, he is a male crested gecko that i bought at a reptile show recently, my gf named him "dozer" but not to sure about that, he's some type of cool variant, believe i was told he's a tiger?

So i caught the reptile bug even worse now, im in the middle of making his 29gal vivarium a forever home in which he will co hab with a beautiful female, perhaps a dalmation? Im sure the hatchlings will be amazing! I will be using pothos and other various tropical plants. Pics soon

Thanks for checking him out!

Thx for the tip, when i start on the 29 i will now def plan on using some! What sub would work best? For this little setup i used peat moss with coco fiber mixed with river rock at the bottom, plants are doing good and drainage is spot on, helps a lot maintaining humidity.

Geckos can be pretty addictive. The last time I counted I had 36. :D

Wow that's awesome, i love em, dont have much experience but i did a lot of research before considering and purchasing, not to mention been setting up the tank for awhile now.

Vicious you know what variation mine is? The guy at the show said it gets pink somewhere idk i wasn't really paying attention, i wanted the dalmation but my gf liked this guy better.

Love cresties going to get another one soon for my male to start breeding. Here's my big male doing his spider man impression.

F1 yours looks kind of like a harlequin/brindle but it's hard to tell exactly from the pics. I find the best way to get good pictures of cresties is to put them on a white background when they're fired up. Try your best to not use the flash as it washes out there colors. Yours could be a blushing. I have a few that have the pink chins as well. It really shows off nice on orange geckos.

And as for hoarding well, at least half of them are available for sale. :D
