I'm a cook at a bar in thee shadow of the Buffalo Bills Stadium, if a bills player wants wings after practice they usually come to me.

Any other cooks out there on MFK? Hobbyists or working cooks?

I love cooking for myself using Himalayan salt blocks (literally a big chunk of salt, I mainly use it for seafood and veggies), cedar grilling wraps (gives the meat/veggies a great smokey flavor without the need for a smoker).

One of my personal favs are tounge tacos, you take beef tounge, marinade, and cook it on the salt block, season a lil bit, throw it on a small fresh made tortilla with some bean sprouts and a bit of banana pepper, don't be grossed out by tounge, its really really good

I am a fairly solid "SURVIVAL COOK"...Everything comes out fair to good

Not professionally but me and the wifey love to cook. I hit the grill with some ribs, steaks or kabobs, and she loves the slow cooker. Both of us fry and I'm a little better at baking.

We rarely eat out so we cook on most nights and take leftovers for lunch.

Graduated from the California School of Culinary Arts aka the Le Cordon Bleu. I usually work on a buffet line, but will help on special events, catering, VIP catering, recipe development (I tend to not give them my actual recipe because the company I work for are notorious for claiming recipes as their own to sell in cookbooks and magazines without recognition or compensation..they've used 3 of my recipes so far), and free lance as well.

I feel i'm more of a chef than a cook as I'm more of a mad scientist than an instructions follower. All of this is done in my home kitchen on a recreational basis.

I've cooked at major chain restaurants. Now I fix the equipment and teach chefs/cooks how to properly and effectively use the equipment.

I like cooking, cast iron is great.I love the hot stuff, I grow some hot peppers in the window

I'm not a serious cook but a lot of people tell my my yellow rice and beans are good. Other then that I can bake very well. When I was younger my mom wanted to open bakery and I would help her design the cakes and do the Icing
