I'd say yes, but it also depends how big he is. He looks small(3-4")and has a nice hump and pearls for that size.

I think every flowerhorn has potential =D He has good kok, nice red, looks like it may cover the whole front half of his body including head, and strong flowerline. Never know until he gets bigger =D
