Crayfish can take down small fish and raid the bigger ones at night.
 
Try some ghost shrimps and blackworms.

Ghost shrimps will actively hunt for blackworms.

My cray will hit live foods above his head so hard that he often lands on his back. It's impressive and funny at the same time.

Dragonfly larvae are pretty good ambush predators.
 
There are some large water beetles that are fairly voracious.
also if you can catch one of a decent size, water spiders are cool to watch.
 
My Blue cray has taken out plenty of fish. Got a Monster Red Cray too.
