Think I can fit a peacock eel in here? Always possible upgrade but I'm talking as of now. 40 breeder with 2 albino Cory, 1 emerald, 1 panda, 2 julli, and 2 pepper cats, an electric blue acara and a guiancara Sphenozona. Have a aqueon pump, and 2 aqua clear 70, rated 300 gph. Thanks ahead!

I wouldn't suggest it, your smaller cories might be in danger.
Also, cories really need to be in groups of their own exact species- they can tell the difference, especially when there's a size/behavior difference like between emeralds and Juliis.

I'd say easily, my peacock eels never bothered any of my cories

that peacock eels mouth won't get anywhere near big enough to eat a cory IMO. I think you have room.

You should be ok, peacock eel won't be able to eat anything.

Thanks everyone for the replies! Sorry have been working a lot. I will keep an eye out for my smaller, smallest "julli" cories. They are about 1.25 or 1.5".

or you could go with a yellow spiny eel which are I think are cooler and still get pretty big for spinys about 6-8 inches
