Hey Everybody!

Just wondering, well my aunt is just wondering what would you stock her tank? She just changed from salt to freshwater and now she's stumped. She's looking for diversity...fish that swim at the top-middle-bottom

It's a 75 gallon tank looks massive but the gallonage doesn't show it lol

It has 48 ilong (front acrylic) and 30 inches tall....it has pretty decent width I would say at it's widest 15... or something like that.

Heres A Pic:

Also what brand of pool filter sand would you recommend? As I've been hearing some brands causing ph spikes

for a tank like that i would go tropical community planted tank. you can do corys and loaches at the bottom. a school of tetras and other fish like discus and angels. and the top some hatchets (preferably marbles). it will lookbad@$$. nice big pieces of driftwood. in regards to sand.... i really have no idea. but if you do go into a planted community tank.... do your research on what is the best base for you to start your tank.

Hey everybody, well this is my aunts fish tank. She will most likely beunable to keep up with weekly water changes with discus and angelfish. However discus are awesome looking fish!

The idea of african cichlids aren't to bad as they are hardy but they stay towards the middle bottom right? Maybe something for the top? Maybe african butterflies...

Get her a Syndontis lace cat for the bottom. And do African cichlids. The Africans are very active and colorful and will swim at all levels

Ok cool guess next I should post this in the cichlids section for better info on what africans should be purchased together?

Nice I actually have two in my freshwater tank...those cats are awesome
