any suggestions to better rearange my tank?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
doesn't look bad. i prefer bare bottom, so if you're wanting opinions, take everything out but the wood :D

Not a bad looking tank. I'm not a bubble fan so I would loose that. Add a black background and maybe move the center piece of wood to one or the other side to open up the middle. That's just me though.

You have a nice setup man, if you like it then keep it! Only you know what you like:)

I personally am a minimalist, so I'd remove everything, take the backing off, put sand on the bottom, then a few larger pointy rocks (shale?) right in the middle with the plants arranged around it...

that "style" of tank, as pretty as it is, wouldnt be ideal for an oscar so that advice is pointless. your big fish need room to swim but most importantly just make it how you want it, just dont put a centerpiece in the center, because thats like the worst looking thing you could do

Well, that's a bit ignorant now isn't it. Haha. A style is a style man. I told him my style, and said it might not work for him. Keep your snippy comments to yourself next time ok?

Hmm... my ideal of style is a bare bottom tank with pvc piping and flower pots. :D

I haven't really ever seen a bare bottom tank. Doesn't that show the fish poo too much? and I'm assuming it'd be a hell of a lot easier to clean then sand?
