played the other night sat down bought in 60$ at the $1,$2 no limit table.. waited an hour to play.. and folded my first hand.. then my next hand i got pocket kings.. everyone called the 2$ blind and i raised to 12$ prefloped... about 6 people called me... and the flop came (7c9s2h) the first guy to act bets $8 everyone folded but me so i raised to $18 he said "you just sat down..." and waited for a few minutes and called... then the next card was a king.. i thought right then and there that i won... he checked i went all in... he thought about it and called..the last card was a jack.. and i flipped my trip kings over very confidently only to be owned my the 6,8 he had in his hand... im happy i didnt have more money infront of me... and suprised he called my last all in waiting for either a 5 or j.... had to vent i lost 60$ in about 10 minutes at the table :irked: lol
 
If I am reading this correct, you won. LOL
 
LOL. unlucky man... sure it's percentages etc, but it's still luck. Don't bet what you can't afford to loose, then nothing bad comes of it (not aiming it at you, just general)
 
Was he sitting with a BIG stack in front of him? If so he is more likely to call your measly $60 so perhaps it wasnt best to go all in at that time.

If not, Id be pissed! LoL I hate playing with begginers and they go all in cause they are banking on a card or two at the river and actually hit it!!

Besides, who the **** calls a blind with a 6 and 8?!
