any tips on finding missing monitor?

I am so ashamed to have to post this up but does anyone have any tips on how to find missing reps?

I was going to feed the monitors and my male shot up the cork and out the top before I had time to close the top. My father and myself just spent the last 2 hours ripping though my apartment and we didn't come up with anything. Needless to ay the girlfriend is pissed and so am I.


Any tips are apreciarted. I already set up and heat light to try and draw him out but I have baseboad heat so I'm not really counting on that brining him out.

uh oh. lol
no clue. do u know what room he is in? my only suggestions is to block off each room and turn off ur heat(base board heaters would get too hot). go threw each room little by little and continue on. should be able to get them that way
 
Roll up some towels and use them to prevent under door escapes. At least you can isolate him that way.
Next, think of way he could get outside. Any hole, even a small one, needs to be blocked.
A couple areas you should check: The fridge (The coils in the back or underneath the fridge depending on the unit).
Couches (any hidden flaps and any access from underneath, even the springs if your couch has these. Flip it over and make sure it is completely sealed underneath).
Baseboard heating or radiators.

I'm almost positive that he is still in the office. As soon as he got out I shut that door and blocked it. And it has been closed since. Except when I went in or out and it is sealed with towel so he can't get out. I have a heat light set up to try and draw him out tonight when the heat gets turned down. I did pull the base board heater covers off and I did not find him. He got no way out of the room. In going to rip it apart again tomorrow. I really hope he shows up. But I'm not counting on it.

how big is he? turn off the heaters! they prob will get too hot! just slowly go over the room. he will be able to be found just have to look :)
 
Found him!!!!


My girlfriend was in the office working on a paper and she hear something under the heater. So I looked and didn't aee anything but I heard something so I pulled the carpet back and I saw him. I got him out and he's ok. A little cold but he is now back in the cage soaking up some rays to warm back up lol.
 
told u!! i have to look threw ur old threads to try and find pics. now im interested in what moniters u have. especially since ull be breeding(i want to breed but my main reptile is caiman and cant off load young quick enough to actually make it worth while, lol)
