Evan i started a thread just like this but i wanted to know some good spots in williamsburg,VA but nobody would reply.I say that too say just (live search) the area you will be in.Thats what i did and payed off lovely was able find a place where they had boat rentals.Check out the thread Called WALLER MILL reservior for some pics if you would like.

There's tuttle creek (big lake and creek) in manhattan, kc has alot of big lakes but never been to any of them.

Were in Kansas will you be? If you are in northeast Kansas, then I could take you to some of the best farm ponds imaginable, if not, then just stick to the major state lakes...
