J, not sure what you consider "med. and lrg." is??... but i got a couple of albino IR sharks that i'm powerfeeding now... both around 4.5" or so only, but are growing pretty darn fast, getting thick too! Currently feeding on Newlife sinking pellets, shrimp pellets, raw & dried shrimp, krill, chopped earthworms, etc. If you don't find one anytime soon... lmk, I'll sell ya one of them. Just let me grow 'em out a little bit more.
