Any way to ID lily pads?

I was wondering if there is any way you guys could ID my lily pads before they bloom. I know they are some type of hardy because I put them in last year and they survived the Michigan winter and this is the first year they have sprouted.

I don't think we'll be able to identify it with just pictures of the pad. There are so many varieties out there.
