Any way to save this hammer coral?

Hey Everyone this coral belongs to my cousin. He got it last friday and for some reason its looking real bad. Is there a way to frag it, or anything help save it. All of the other corals in the tank are fine. All I know is the temp of the tank is kept at 76, other tank stats I will have to try and find out from him.

Is the coral in a high flow area? Any brown jelly on the coral? You may want to try a quick freshwater dip.

What type of lightning is it under? How strong?

Hey he said its under low flow and thinks he sees brown jelly also he said he already tried a freshwater dip.

Its under reef brite leds which s strong but unsure how strong

Once euphyllias start going, especially walling types, it's extremely difficult to save it.
