any1 got a Yabby???

Any1 out there keep fresh water crustaceans??? Like in a bio-tope aquarium especially devoted to em??? I bought 13 australian blue crawfish called Yabbys to help clean up food left overs. But, then i decided to put them in a forty gallon short all on their own with a few dorads. In least than a few months they all disappeared!!! What happen to em??? Did they molt and dissolve away??? i know the small Dorads did eat em!!!

They are very cannibalistic and great escape artists capable of climbing power cables and airlines, If they did not eat each other you will probably find their dried out remains under your couch or in similar places.

ya i have crabs and cryfish litterd in my room from them escaping so im gussing they got out
