It actually looks like a juvi portal cichlid (Black Acara). Aquiedens portalegrense...something like that. Have a look at pics and see what you think. Chocolate cichlids certainly don't look like that when they get older, Black Acara's do look more like that, even at maturity.

There are two species of "Chocolate Cichlids." Hypselecara coryphaenoides and H. temporalis. I'm going to guess that this one is Hypselecara coryphaenoides. I have had both have done a little research on them.
