Anybody dealt with "bestkamfa" on aquabid?

So this guy, UN "bestkamfa" on Aquabid, always seems to have cool arrows for sale. He's got a 61/61 feedback, but always seems to copy/paste the same very poorly written description under what seem like potentially stolen/shady pictures. He says to contact him, and he's in Brooklyn, so I messaged him about a month and a half ago asking if I could check out the fish and pick one up, but never heard back.

Anybody know this person? Is it really a scam?

I have not dealt with them personally but heres everything I know about him.

While all his feedback on AB is positive, its all from purchasing flowerhorn for his store. What he does is you win the bid on this fish for $100 but it actually cost $200 and might not sell it too you at that price. I have heard stories of him being a cheat a few times in the past.

I would personally avoid this seller, there are other sellers on their that will treat you right.

I also found their website, which is similarly written, and a few reviews. What I think I can conclude is that it's one of those fairly dirty little almost-exclusively-flowerhorn/arowana spots where they don't speak very much English. I'm definitely not going to try ordering anything online, but maybe I'll make a journey out there next weekend and check out if there's anything worth picking up.

I just saw they have arapaimas there apparently! In NYC! Don't you need a license for one? I suspect somehow that they're not handing those out at the shop. Now I'm definitely going to have to scope this place out this weekend.

Actually all his feedback was from 3 sellers where he bought stuff...from thailand.

I can't find a feedback on selling.

Chrisplosion actually posted the physical address of the store earlier up on the page. So I'm definitely not going to be buying from them on Aquabid, I'd be going to the actual store so I can see if they have stuff I want.
