I know the chances of me keeping them soon are slim, but does anybody know anything about them? When do you think we'll get them in the hobby?

I saw one lone individual for sale about 8 years ago, it was $300.
And although I've been trying to get them for about 20 years, just buying 1, is not my MO.
I only usually would buy groups with the intent to breed, just buying 1 to me is pointless.
Right around the same time I saw a video of Heiko Bleher collecting them in Iran, but no info after that.
I believe they have kept and spawned by aquarists in Germany

Heiko Bleher collected 8 varieties of Iranocichla. Only two were described as species till now. Some fish were brought to Germany.
Anton Lamboj and two others kept and bred Iranocichla hormuzensis in 1982.
But I don't think they are still around here.
